The Virtual Village was created from a simple truth:

Our founder, Zainab, grew up surrounded by family businesses. From a young age she saw the reality behind the scenes:
late nights, constant decision-making, missed time with family, and the pressure to always “hold it all together.”

Years later, working in executive administration, operations and people support, she saw the same story playing out again:

Brilliant, dedicated business owners were burning out - not because they couldn’t do the work, but because they were trying to do all the work.

So she created The Virtual Village to be the support system she wished existed for them:
